Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve adjustment

Good evening.

I need to replace the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve on my Volkswagen Lupo 6X1 with engine code: AUC.
Now, after the switchover, I need to make an adjustment in measurement block 74.

My question is whether I can perform this using VAG-COM, and if so, how?

Of course, you can do that with VAG-COM, provided you have a full version and can find the "basic settings" function.
