Hi.

I was just modifying the settings on my Passat.
It now beeps when opening and closing (using the horn to acknowledge).

But.
Code:
Byte 17 Bit 4     Nebelscheinwerfer als Tagfahrlicht aktiv

He may take over, but things aren't working.

Oops, I see something now... I definitely need to check that out too.
Code:
Byte 00 Bit 3     Tagfahrlicht (Skandinavien) aktiv

or
Code:
Byte 00 Bit 4    Tagfahrlicht (Nordamerika) aktiv
nur Frontscheinwerfer bei gelöster Handbremse

activate?

Ah:

Therefore, they must be installed, and at least one of the TFLs must be active.

Code:

Blockiert werden
- Byte 17 Bit 4 (1), wenn 00/3 (0) UND 00/4 (0) UND 00/00 (0)
- Byte 17 Bit 4 (1), wenn 00/3 (0) UND 00/4 (0) UND 00/00 (1)
- Byte 17 Bit 4 (1), wenn 00/3 (0) UND 00/4 (1) UND 00/00 (0)
- Byte 17 Bit 4 (1), wenn 00/3 (1) UND 00/4 (0) UND 00/00 (0)
- Byte 17 Bit 4 (1), wenn 00/3 (1) UND 00/4 (1) UND 00/00 (0)
Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Hi,

Does using fog lights during the day (without fog) cost 5 euros with the "Grüne" (environmental zone) in Germany? Or does your 3C model have fog lights that are also approved as daytime running lights (DRLs)?

Best regards,

Jan.

Yes, TFL Scandinavia or America needs to be proactive.

I had the Scandinavian TFL and the TFL for New South Wales programmed into my Golf.
Works perfectly.

If you activate the TFL America feature, you will no longer be able to use the combination of daytime running lights and navigation system lights.
The only lights that are on are the navigation lights, and the stern light is not illuminated.
The parking light turns on, and the NSW (Night Vision System) turns off when the handbrake is engaged.
It's a really stupid circuit.

Therefore, I switched back to Scandinavian.

Best regards.

Nebler, when used as daytime running lights, are allowed in Austria, but not in Good Old Germany icon_biggrin.gif.

It doesn't interest anyone, because as long as the parking light isn't on, every standard police officer assumes there are "separate daytime running lights." icon_twisted.gif

Hi,

Looking at how many people in this forum alone have been stopped by the police for allegedly using fog lights, I would actually expect the opposite to be true.

Let's just say I've been doing it this way for about 5 months now, and I haven't had any problems.

Hi,

... whether or not you get pulled over depends on how you generally behave on the road.

Regards,
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:
