What value is displayed in field 4 for the injection quantity? Is this the actual value, calculated from the signal received from the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusted based on factors like fuel temperature, or is it the target value, a calculated value dependent on the driver's desired performance within torque and emissions limits?

Here's another way to ask:

Is the signaling system being adjusted to this value (i.e., the setpoint), or is this the corrected/converted value that is reported by the signaling system (i.e., the actual value)?

"I'm also looking for a comprehensive list of all possible diagnostic codes, specifically categorized by vehicle type (VE) and production date (PD), regardless of the engine code (MKB). I think I saw such a list somewhere before, but I can't find it anymore. If anyone could be so kind as to provide me with a link to it, that would be great."
