Audi A6 2.5 TDI AKE Quattro fuel injection quantity

Good morning.

I hope someone might be able to give me some advice.
It's about a 2.5-liter AKE engine from an Audi A6 4B.
The engine is already injecting 12-14 mg of fuel at idle.
If I keep the engine speed too low, it runs very rough and noticeably rich.
"Accordingly, it smokes excessively and rattles at the bottom."
Under load and above 2500 RPM, it runs smoothly.

I've noticed that the actual and target values for the start of the injection process are not aligning.
The higher the frequency, the greater the differences in values.

Unfortunately, I'm running out of ideas, and the only option left for me is to submit it.

I am grateful for any help. The problem appeared suddenly, overnight.

Can problems with the camshaft be completely ruled out?

The engine was completely disassembled. I measured the cylinders and installed new piston rings. All valves have been re-ground, and the camshaft shows no signs of wear.
I don't quite understand why the engine control unit is injecting such a high fuel quantity at idle. I just checked data block 18 again, and there are no errors reported by the pump.
