Polo Mirror: Left Side, After 2000

Does anyone know the part numbers? I've already been to Volkswagen.
They were only able to provide inadequate information.
There's a small left-side mirror available, but it has several part numbers associated with it, indicating different variations.

The frame for the 110x90 mirror is available in two variations:

1. Primed, for subsequent painting: 3B1 857 537

2. Satin Black: 3B1 857 537 A
