Daytime running lights - 3BG, year 2004

Hi everyone :-)

So, the aforementioned Xenon system (from Ireland) constantly uses daytime running lights, which the Xenon control units don't like.

So, despite all the previous suggestions, I'm still looking for a solution.

I haven't found any country-specific codes.
I've removed the switch - the connector has maybe 15 wires but no bridge inside...

Where should I look? Or should I consult a VAG specialist?

According to VAG-COM:

Select STG 09 (Dashboard)
Long coding -> Function 07

but this control device is unresponsive - is there...?

[Translating...]Du hast direkt am Lichtschalter den Pin - TFL. Den auspinnen und das Problem sollte gelöst sein.

PS: Steht dran als 'TFL' direkt von hinten im Schalter

Für alle die es Interessiert !

Pin B am Lichtschalter ist veantwortlich für Standlicht und Licht hinten auf Schalter Pos 0.

Musste bei diesem Irland - Import zusätzlich zu TFL abgeklemmt werden. Nun ist es dunkel.
