Hey everyone,
I'm having a problem: My V6 TDI, A4, year 2000, is smoking heavily when accelerating, and the performance is lacking.
He has sufficient boost pressure, the boost pressure circuit is tight, the mass airflow sensor (MAF) is okay according to the measurement block, and the variable turbocharger geometry (VTG) is functioning properly.
almost new, practically zero oil consumption, excellent emissions test results.
It starts to smoke when I give it full throttle (above 1200 RPM) under load.
It smokes even when I give it full throttle, but if I accelerate gently, it doesn't smoke.
I sealed the AGR a long time ago.
Okay guys, now tell me what's up?!
Mileage: 250,000 km. Camshafts are in excellent condition, as they have only ever been used with 10W40 oil! 2,5TDI, BJ 2000, 250.000-keine neuen Nockenwellen

I would attribute that more to luck than to a particularly high-quality oil.
Could you disconnect the LMM (lambda measuring module)? Even with good readings, it can sometimes cause these issues. Otherwise, check the MWB 4 (engine control module) and, if necessary (more effort), have the injectors cleaned. Gruß Christian

Are the airways clear?
What is the value of the LMM? You say it's okay, but okay how?
How did you seal the AGR? Perhaps the metal plate has burned out?
Did you install a cheap, Chinese-made turbo?
What is your boost pressure at full load?
Hast du irgend eine Tuning verbaut? Chip oder Powerbox? Diode?
There are so many reasons.

hi...
Okay, I don't know exactly what's causing the excessive smoke on your car, but I can tell you that my brother's 3BG (with 110,000 km) also produces a lot of smoke, especially in the lower RPM range. I see that quite often with Passats, actually.
When do you see it, during the day or only at night in the taillight of the vehicle behind you?
