Hello everyone!

I plan to replace the injectors on my C4, manufactured in 1995, with 140 horsepower, and with 200,000 km on the odometer.

However, about half a year ago, I replaced the nozzle with the needle-actuator alone, because it was unfortunately defective and kept jamming! I can no longer afford the others icon_sad.gif

Now I'm faced with the dilemma of choosing!! Is it more sensible to incorporate larger ones, or should I stick with the new one with the needle guide and just replace the remaining 4?

If you might want to upgrade to more performance later on, yes. If you want to leave it as is, then it's pointless.

Does 'more performance' refer to software tuning or upgrading to a larger turbo...?

Upon conversion to a large turbo. So, for 30 more horsepower, you don't need any other nozzles yet.

So, ich kann den mit dem Needle-driver einfach so lassen, wie er ist, und die anderen 4 mit diesen Düsen:

repair??? Or is it not safe to know which size the original has in relation to the needle?

I don't know what size AEL originally used. But I don't think they were 216s. Just use the search function. You'll figure out what's installed.
