LDA 5mm Fitting for Pressure Hose

Hello,
Here's something else about installing an LDA (Linear Drive Actuator).
The VDO gauge has a 5mm quick-connect fitting on the back, while the VW pressure hose has an inner diameter of about 2-3mm. Did you use an adapter for this (is something like that readily available, or do I need to find something myself?)?

I also faced the same problem and solved it forcefully . So, I simply stuffed the hose onto it; it's made of rubber on the inside, so it should fit. And then I put the plastic nut on top, so it can't come off anymore...

I used parts from the hardware store, specifically from the garden/fountain section (to temporarily connect a pressure gauge). However, I can't guarantee that they will work for all diameters. At the university institute, the adapters were always custom-made.
