LMM Connector: Types, Wiring & Troubleshooting

-> Ein alternder LMM, der (auch nach einer Reinigung) 'nur' zu niedrige Werte liefert, lässt sich mit einer zusätzlichen Öffnung hinter dem Sensorplättchen zwecks Erhöhung der Luftströmung am Sensor wieder hochpäppeln, um den fälligen Ersatz hinauszuzögern (vgl. Anhang).
When drilling near the mass airflow sensor (MAF), work extremely carefully to ensure that the drill bit does not damage the sensor element (depth stop, etc.)! Alternatively, the back panel behind the air intake opening can be carefully cut out (e.g., using a saw blade held perpendicular to the airflow direction).

Unfortunately, I don't know what the two 'connection flags' are for, but I have some doubts that they are actually connection flags. I can only speculate, so I'd rather leave the answer to someone who knows for sure!
