Hydraulic Translation Bosch Piezo Injector

Hi,

Does anyone perhaps know a link, or could someone send me a schematic diagram of the hydraulic coupler in the Bosch piezo inline injector?
It would be interesting to see how this thing is constructed, and especially how the hydraulic transmission works.
While Bosch and Google offer schematics, it's impossible to find a functional diagram .

Do you mean the cascade of tilting levers that "translate" the movement of the piezo element?

The tilt levers are used by Siemens and Delphi, but I believe Bosch uses a purely hydraulic system, which is why they also need a pressure-holding valve in the return line.

The 2.0 and 3.0 TDI engines probably have it.

Yes, I have, but it's not particularly insightful. Often, the websites that are not affiliated with Bosch explain things in a more understandable way.

Here's the translation:

That raises the question of where they come from. I've always bought things like that as defective items on eBay, and then taken them apart. I find it amusing when you figure out that they were assembled incorrectly, and that's why they didn't (anymore) work }.

There should be plenty of defective injectors available for vehicles manufactured in 2005 and 2006.

Is the information you're looking for not available in the 4th edition of the BOSCH Diesel Engine Management manual, starting on page 284?
Or see page 286, "Function of the hydraulic coupling"?

After studying the relevant pages, I have now recognized a modified "lever principle" here... but it's somehow ingenious.

Is the coupling more like a hydraulic lifter, meaning does it compensate for play?

He already has a level playing field, but the power transmission to the servo valve is purely hydraulic, unlike the solenoid injector, where the servo valve acts as the core of the electromagnet.

The translation seems to be located within the connector itself, even though Bosch doesn't explicitly mention it. However, if I look at the proportions of the piezo lift relative to the opening stroke of the servo valve (as shown in the diagram), it seems there must be different piston diameters.
