My wheel bearings are pretty worn out after 310,000 km. So, I took the opportunity to get new brake drums as well, since they were already looking quite worn out during the last brake pad change.

I had the tires replaced about 40,000 km ago, and if they're still in good condition, which I think they are, I'd like to keep them. What do you think?

Just place a thick piece of metal on top of the entire ring and gently tap it with a rubber mallet. They're not usually that difficult to get on.
