Hello everyone,
I'm planning to purchase a professional VCDS diagnostic system (HEX+CAN) next month. However, I've noticed that there are several distributors for it (Auto Intern, PCI, DRV, Kaufmann).
Is the diagnostic cable always the same, regardless of where I purchase the system, or are there hardware differences, especially in terms of robustness? I would like to obtain the most robust version of the cable available and, accordingly, choose the distributor. Gruß Kimi

Hm,
You are asking "within" one of the distributors' companies...
I got it from Rainer (Kaufmann), and I'm satisfied.
You wouldn't just leave a device worth 200-300 EUR lying around, nor would you throw it into a used oil container.
To the best of my knowledge, they are mechanically identical.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

I see a price of €348 here in the shop, while elsewhere it's listed for €315. Plus, there's a "support" option. What questions should I ask and consider regarding which one is more stable?
I always treat adapter plugs with the utmost care, like they're made of raw eggshells, no matter how sturdy they seem.
Tailgaters are to blame for their own accidents. Gruß, der Teileklaus
