Doku Golf 1J MJ 99, Interior lights are dim (Solution)

Interior lights only illuminate in vehicles with an alarm system and interior monitoring.

Cause:
The vehicle was fully locked and then, within 30 seconds, the rear door was reopened. As a result, all interior lights can illuminate.
Only models from 1999 with interior monitoring are affected. After approximately 70 minutes, the interior lights will turn off.

Solution:
Remove the front interior light.

Disconnect the power cord of the interior light and plug in adapter cable No. 1J0 971 371 B.
Reinstall the interior light and check the function.
