Cooling fan BLS is vibrating.

Hi

After the climate control system has been running frequently and then activating the fan, I noticed the following on our MJ08 G5 1.9 TDI (BLS):

- The fan blades are asymmetric - clear, to avoid resonances
- The entire wheel itself seems undamaged
- If the fan is running at a very high speed, it vibrates so much that the entire Golf vibrates.
- The dual fans in the Passat run almost silently.

Do Simple Fans have balancing weights that may be missing?
Are they generally more restless, which explains the use of the quiet dual fans in the technically identical cooler package of the higher-end Passat?

I really dislike the tingling sensation in my hands around 50 Hz - it scares me.

Yep, normally there are metal clamps attached. They can also sometimes fly away, I've experienced this before, although not on the Golf V, but on a Leon, etc.

und wenn die erst mal weg sind, weiss man auch nicht mehr, wie ein gewuhteter Zustand wiederherzustellen wäre ... ?

Kannst ja mal gucken ob man den Abdruck noch sieht, wo es war. Aber deshalb weiß man immer noch nicht, wieviel g dran waren.

das Problem hab ich beim Gebläsemotor innen... auf voller Stufe vibriert sogar das Gaspedal...

da ich die Klammern nimmer finde, lass ich den Motor jetzt sterben und kauf dann halt nen gebrauchten.... weil wer weiß, wo es die Klammern in der Lüftung hingeblasen hat.

Die Gewichte vom Innenventilator müssten doch im Pollenfilter stecken.

Schon mal nachgesehen? Wenn da ein Blatt drin liegt, gibt das auch böse unwuchten, hatte ich schon mehrfach bei Golf IV und Fabia. Blatt raus, Lüfter ruhig.

nicht beim Octavia / Golf IV: da ist der innenraumfilter oben im Gebläsekasten unterm Scheibenwischer rechts, und dann erst die Umluftklappe, und dann erst der Gebläsemotor.

ja, schön wärs gewesen. Käme aber auch kein Blatt hin, ist ja ein Filter davor... ich hätts gern so gehabt, dann wärs flott behoben.

Ja, dass dacht ich auch, die Praxis hat mir jedoch schon mehrfach das Gegenteil bewiesen. Keine Ahnung wie die durch kommen, vieleicht pfusch beim Filterwechsel
