Retrofitting hands-free system for Audi A4 8K, year 2008

I would like to retrofit a hands-free system to this Audi A4 with the "Concert" radio that can be controlled via the radio itself.

Does anyone know the difference between this kufatec "phone preparation" Bluetooth car audio unit for an Audi A4 B8? (Just Bluetooth)

and this kufatec: FISCON hands-free system - A4, 8K, A5, Q5 - Basic Plus.

Are individuals over the age of 77 fully diagnosable?

I also found some on eBay with an original part number, but the number had been changed several times, which caused problems.

Or what do you think of this system?
