60,000 Mile Service at ATU?

HI!
Bei mir (1J, 85kw, AJM, Bj 00, 6 Gang) steht demnächst die 60.000er Inspektion mit Zahnriemen und allem pipapo an. Bei VW greift die ja ganz schön ins Geldbeutelchen. Wie sieht's denn da bei ATU aus? Gute Arbeit? Kulanz? Mobilitätsgarantie? Erexperience?

In my opinion, that's a very rushed operation.
I also had them replace the timing belt once, but I had starting problems for years because the injection timing was incorrect. They didn't do a great job with my girlfriend's gasoline car either. The problem was, I didn't know those cars very well at the time, otherwise I wouldn't have gone there.
Unfortunately, the authorized service centers aren't always up to par either.

I share the negative experience with ATU.

The Klingon janitor does it better, even though he doesn't know anything about TDI.

It may not apply to all businesses, but my experience is that these quick-service chains usually lack the knowledge and expertise for anything more complex than tire changes...

I can also only advise you to stay away from ATU. They are absolutely not up to standard in terms of technical expertise! (But this may not apply to all branches!) Furthermore, they are terribly unhelpful when it comes to complaints or issues!

I can only agree with my predecessors.
ATU is now expensive and the quality of their work is poor.
"Furthermore, even parts that aren't broken should be exchanged to increase sales!" - Quote from an ATU employee.
Trouble with complaints. I had to go to the air conditioning service three times because they were unable to find/seal the leak, and I was supposed to pay each time within 2 months .
All of these are my personal experiences at ATU in Dresden.
Then it's better to go to a clever independent workshop or a VW dealership.
Even though people are always complaining about Volkswagen, I haven't experienced anything like this there before.
