Hi.

I heard about...
Code:
Teilenummer SW: 3C0 907 044 AH HW: 3C0 907 044 AH
Bauteil: ClimatronicPQ46 050 0505

auf
Code:
Teilenummer SW: 5K0 907 044 BD HW: 5K0 907 044 BD
Bauteil: Climatronic H14 0608
rebuilt.

I can no longer find the information about the auxiliary heater that was previously shown in MWB009.

Ich der nun "tot" .. aber der BD kann doch den Zuheizer steuern, lt. PR codes.

Who knows a solution?

Thank you.
Martin.

OK, I found it - the engine is the problem, not the CT.

Rainer, Sebastian, or whoever wants to change it:
BMR/BMN and BLS have significantly less information about MWB016 in their LBLs compared to BMM/BMP.
(10.6.5)

Greetings.

Help!

What does 11000000 mean in MWB016/2?

This morning, the Passat did not turn on the auxiliary heater (7.5 degrees Celsius) due to this code.

The car's temperature gauge read 9 degrees Celsius, and the heater was on!

The bit x1xxxxxx is not included in the official documentation, but unofficially it seems to mean "shutdown via control unit." Therefore, your modification has a direct impact on it.

Regarding allegedly incomplete label files, release 10.6 is not representative of the current status. If you need to compare, please use the current data from the beta version 11.10, which now also includes the description of the "new" bit.

What is the coding required for your currently installed/newly installed control panel?

Hi Sebastian,

Thank you for the information.

My "new" is encoded like this:

Code:
Adresse 08: Klima/Heizung (J255)       Labeldatei: 5K0-907-044.clb
   Teilenummer SW: 5K0 907 044 BD    HW: 5K0 907 044 BD
   Bauteil: Climatronic   H14 0608
   Revision: 00003001
   Codierung: 0000000000
   Betriebsnr.: WSC 01357 011 00200
   ASAM Datensatz: EV_Climatronic A01001
   ROD: EV_Climatronic_VW46.rod

Try using 0000000002 or 0100000002 as the encoding, but I doubt you'll have any success with that. To my knowledge, there are no adaptation channels that would be relevant here.

There's probably a reason why these control panels were never intended for your model... icon_wink.gif

Hi Sebastian,

Unfortunately, I can't find any information about "bits" in the 11.10 documentation, either in English or German.
The BMR is now also labeled with a .clb extension, which prevents me from opening and viewing its contents.

There is an adaptation channel called "...Cold Start," but it is not currently available.
Wasn't the Blu-ray drive installed in the chassis?

Greetings.

Used the current data as of 20111025? icon_smile.gif

You don't have to, it's displayed as "online" with the current data.

Do you mean the "hand warming function for cold starts"? Regardless of whether it's available or not, I doubt it's relevant to your problem.

Since when have you been driving a CC? icon_twisted.gif

The new data was actually available online shortly after I wrote my post; I can't possibly know that you have nothing else to do all day. icon_wink.gif

Regarding the CC (presumably referring to a carbon copy or similar issue), if you can prove that the same engine/transmission combination was used with the exact same part numbers/software versions, then you can use that argument. Otherwise, it's just theory and difficult, if not impossible, to prove.

My BD doesn't allow your codes.

I scanned the BT module in two cars with the part number ....02.
e.g., a CC with a Q-GW.

Perhaps an upgrade from the E to the Q would be helpful... or maybe a BT.

Does anyone know the differences between the four generations?
BD - BT - DG - EA

Originally, the difference was the production period, but they are all being replaced anyway, so they are backward compatible. It's likely that the newer ones will also support newer models, which is something that could be further explored.

Another consideration was the missing air quality sensor, which would have triggered an error code.

But why shouldn't the auxiliary heater be activated, while the air conditioning compressor should?

It should no longer appear with any of the above-mentioned encodings.

How does a change of opinion come about?
LC,00,0
certain?

Previously, it was "air sensor installed," now it's "detection via T/N."

"No one said that the initial coding tables we had were correct. Since VCDS is constantly updated, there are sometimes corrections to such blatantly incorrect data. Regarding the BCM coding, some users will likely encounter a whole host of issues in the upcoming data updates. We can answer some of the open questions, but let's see what of the information we have will actually be implemented. In reality, users in the field only need about half of what is generally possible."
