Tiptronic 01V: Replacement Parts & Number

Does anyone happen to know the ZF spare part number for the solenoid valve N94 (modulating valve of the torque converter clutch) for a TT5 (GKB FRT, 5HP19FL)?

It's all sorted out now. It was simply a lack of oil in the transmission – a mistake by the workshop during the last oil change. Now everything is fine again.
