Latest engine control unit (ECU) software for Audi A4 170 hp

Since Audi and VW are currently running a service campaign for the PPD elements, I wanted to ask if a new software version will also be installed for the engine control unit. As far as I know, the current version for the A4 170 PD PPD with engine code BRD is 9973. Is there perhaps a newer version available?

A few more details about the control unit (such as the part number) would be helpful. The easiest way is to do a scan using VCDS.

Where the question and the reason for it have nothing to do with each other.

The Duesen-TPI doesn't explicitly mention "UPDATE" – at most, it can be implicitly inferred if an update is part of another action.

There are no newer versions available for the 018 AQ mentioned above.
This is the most recent one, and it appears to be the last one for the foreseeable future.
At least, nothing in that direction is planned.
