Interior Trim 3BG Rear Door

Hello everyone,

The most recent replacement of the antenna base by a professional resulted in the plastic protrusions on the interior trim of the D-pillar (?), on the driver's side, near the roof, breaking off. A pathetic attempt to cover it up: they were glued back on (which smelled strongly of glue when I picked up the car!). However, the repair quickly came loose.
Meine Reklamation beim GF der Firma wurde nach Wochen wahrgenommen und letztlich akzeptiert. Angebot: neu bestellen und austauschen. So far, so good.
The result of the research conducted today: the part is no longer manufactured and cannot be ordered!
New offer: we'll somehow manage to make it work... I don't really like it.

Are there any experts here who can recommend a VW dealership where my local mechanic can order the part?
Vehicle: VW Golf Variant (estate), year 2003, light grey interior, etc.

Yes, I think so! The part in the sketch at the very top, where the label "21-" is located to the left of it.
In the sketch on the bottom left, there's also a "2)1". It seems to be the A-pillar trim. To the right of that are the parts for the sedan, and above them are the parts for the station wagon, all sketched out.

However, it seems that the parts are available at a reasonable price used. Buying them and installing them yourself would mean releasing yourself from the .

Why isn't there ? Should they buy a costume (starting from 13 EUR) from eBay - it's not your problem.

After 10 years, no parts are available anymore - it's a real tragedy. They were discontinued on March 1, 2013 - that was close. "Sun beige" is still available, so you could have the entire interior reupholstered .

Ask Classicparts about it (http://www.volkswagen-classic.de/) - that's actually the official way if it's out of the regular parts inventory. Otherwise, just buy it used - that's definitely the stress-free way).
