P046C Error: Troubleshooting & Fixes

While troubleshooting the fault with the emergency mode, I haven't been able to find the root cause.
7563 AGR sensor, implausible signal. Intermittent. Is this an electrical sensor in the AGR valve?
There is a TPi number 2029086. What does it say?
Does anyone have access?

Should be - Comparison of the desired and actual AGR (Automatic Gearbox) position, or for monitoring the actual AGR position.

Okay, I've found out that to remove the EGR valve and inspect it for carbon buildup on the 1.6-liter engine (where it's located at the rear), you need to drain the engine oil, remove the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), and replace the entire EGR cooler assembly.
It took 4 hours of work just to diagnose the problem, and then they didn't bother to fix it properly, they just replaced the part. Now I'm going to file a goodwill request. Let's see, the engine has 54,000 km on it and it's only 3 years old, so hopefully they'll cover something.

I don't have the technical specifications in front of me, but I believe this involves only updating the engine control unit (ECU).

BTW: The day before yesterday, we still had 4 AGR coolers in stock for the 1.6 engine .

Hello, no, this involves guided troubleshooting, then the engine is lowered, the EGR block with the K-cooler is removed, and then it will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced.
But if all of this is removed, the cleaned EGR valve probably won't be reinstalled.
The cost is reportedly around 700 euros. I heard that maybe something might be possible after 3 years through a goodwill gesture.
The inventory management suggests a quality issue.
