Can anyone tell me what torque setting I should use when tightening aluminum rims?

They should be tightened to 110 Nm.

especially when it comes to alloy wheels, be very careful that there are no dirt particles underneath, otherwise the screws may come loose . I can only recommend using a wire brush to verschandeln the contact surfaces .
