VAG-COM: Adjust WFS with Shareware?

I only have the English version, and those features are disabled in it.
'I can't access the German versions that are circulating online, and I always get the message: 'too many communication errors'.'

Does anyone have a version where these features are unlocked, and could they email it to me?
