Chain rattle in Audi A5 TFSI CJE (Solution)

Just got an Audi A5 TFSI CJE with a loud rattling noise coming from the front end.

Now, I have replaced the timing chain, including the tensioner, as well as the chain for the balance shafts. Once I had started the engine after that, it ran quietly, but after 5 minutes, the same problem occurred again.
I initially thought I had made a mistake, perhaps a tooth had been missed during assembly, or something similar. Now I have disassembled everything again, and I don't understand anything anymore.
Everything matches the markings, including the measurement, and fits perfectly. Could it be the camshaft adjusters?

How was the condition of the used parts? Is the oil pressure present, or is it sufficient?

Very possible, I know of a few cases where this was the issue.
But first, as already mentioned, check the oil pressure (have it checked).

The timing chain and tensioner don't really look worn out, I will check the oil pressure today, Thanks!

Thank you for all the tips, the camshafts were defective, but they were replaced as a complete unit with the camshafts. The customer was very happy, but now it's running smoothly again.
