Hello Bärger!
"Electronic throttle control" is not just the accelerator pedal, but the entire system as a whole, including the throttle body, engine control unit (ECU), brake light switch, etc.
The error you have recorded actually only relates to the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) with the code "EPC".
The vehicle scan indicates that the kidney (component) has been replaced before; part number "X".
Therefore, I would start by checking and cleaning various power strips here. Similarly, regarding the German Trade Tax Act (MStG), but you were already familiar with that.
By the way, when replacing the engine or performing other work in the area of the throttle body, a basic adjustment must also be carried out!
...you definitely didn't do that, because that's not possible with a memory error

.
Therefore, let's first eliminate the error in the VAT law. If it doesn't work with just the ignition on, warm up the car, DO NOT turn it off, and then try to extinguish the fire again.
If that worked, immediately proceed to perform a basic adjustment on the throttle body unit.
Please check the values in modules 060-066 for plausibility (including both brake light switches, clutch switch, GRA, etc.).
After that, you can start looking for the actual error, assuming it hasn't already disappeared as if by magic along with the learned DK.
Best regards from Munich!
