Problems with Micro-Can on Seat Alhambra

Hello everyone.

I've been the proud owner of a new Seat Alhambra 7N "diaper bomber" since last week.
I was really looking forward to using my new Micro-CAN diagnostic interface (with the latest software version from the store) to make some coding changes. However, I'm unfortunately experiencing a small problem.
I was able to code the desired adjustments for some individual control units, but in most cases, the message "Vehicle/model not supported" appears.

For example, access to modules STG42 and STG52 works perfectly. The field "Coding - 07" appears, and adjustments can be coded and saved. When accessing modules STG08, 09, 17, etc., the error message mentioned above always appears, and besides the fields "Error Codes - 02", "Extended ID - 1A", and "Single Measurement Value - 09", nothing else can be selected.

I've also tried all the USB ports, but I always get the same result. The LED lights up green, and the Autoscan function works perfectly.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Am I making a typical beginner mistake?
