Seat Leon 1M 1+2te Gang ohne Funktion

I'm having a problem with my 6-speed transmission. Briefly, regarding the background:

I parked my car in the airport parking lot before my vacation and gave my keys to an employee because they needed to move my car if necessary. After 8 days, I returned from my vacation, feeling tired from the 10-hour flight, and wanted to go home. However, when I tried to start the car, the first and second gears engaged, but nothing happened. After long discussions, no one seemed to be aware of the problem. I was frustrated and tired, so I drove 150 km home because I didn't have any more patience. Everything worked smoothly except for the first and second gear, so I started in third gear and drove home.

Is a Seat Leon 1M 1.9TDI with 150hp, 6-speed gearbox. (MKB ARL)

Okay, now onto the gearbox... the shift cables are in order... when you shift gears, you can see on the gearbox how he's doing it.

For me, it seems that the shift lever in the gearbox is broken/cracked or otherwise damaged, and this is the reason why gears 1 and 2 are no longer engaging.

I'm just considering whether I should repair the faulty part in the gearbox myself. I can't find any replacement parts for the internal components of the gearbox. I'd rather not buy a used transmission. Furthermore, it would also cost me more money in the end, and I wouldn't even be sure that it would function smoothly.

Can anyone perhaps give me some tips on how best to proceed in this situation?

Installation and expansion should not be a problem. I have the necessary tools, stage, and understanding. I have everything.

Wenn Du das Getriebe ausbauen kannst, bekommst Du es auch auf.
Am besten legst Du Dir einen RLF für das Getriebe zu. Die (neue) Schaltklaue und das Dichtungsmaterial werden nicht die Welt kosten.
Ich würde aber nicht mehr fahren, nicht daß ein Bruchstück noch Karies verursacht.
Ein gebrauchtes Getriebe ist wie die Katze im Sack, und es hat bestimmt schon eine Schwachstelle.

1+2 Gang laufen wieder einwandfrei. Habe das Getriebe ausgebaut und geöffnet und es war tatsächlich diese Schaltklaue die abgerissen war. Hab es jetzt verschraubt und das Getriebe neu abgedichtet,Öl etc. und eine neue Kupplung + ZMS eingebaut. Mein nächstes Problem jedoch ist das meine Kupplung rutscht. Dieses Problem hatte ich vorher teilweise auch wenn ich die Kupplung etwas zulange auf der Autobahn belastet hab dann rutschte sie immer eine Zeit lang dann gings meist wieder nach einer gewissen Zeit... jetzt bei der neuen Kupplung fängt sie an ab 60-70% Gas zu rutschen.
Zudem muss ich sagen, dass mein Leon noch getunt ist ca. 180-190Ps.
Da ich davon ausgehe, dass die Kupplung, ZMS ganz sein sollten und Sie ja "NEU" ist. Was kann den sonst noch dafür verantwortlich sein? Nehmerzylinder...Geberzylinder Weiß wieder mal nicht genau wo ich jetzt ansetzten soll um das Problem zu lösen auf Dauer mit einer rutschenden Kupplung fahren geht nicht gut da kann ich mir ja jetzt schon eine auf Vorrat bestellen .

haste doch selbst gechrieben, was dafür verantwortlich ist.
Entweder besorgst du eine Kupplung, die das durch Tuning erreichte max Drehmoment aushält oder lebst halt mit 60 bis 70% 'Gas'
