Audi Bluetooth Handsfree: Connect 2 Phones?

I have a question about the 4F Bluetooth hands-free system. I would like to connect two phones to the system, similar to how it works in a BMW.

How can I pair two hearing aids with a hearing aid streamer (HAS)?

Unfortunately, I can only connect one phone at a time, but I would like to pair both my company phone and personal phone with the car. It would be great if you could give me some tips. The car is an Audi A6 Avant 3.0 TDI from 2005 with Bluetooth and MMI 2G High.
