Hello,
"Our T5 has the VW FSE (hands-free system) installed. Since we don't own any phones for which there's an adapter, I just realized that I read about a Bluetooth adapter for the VW FSE. Has anyone had any experience with that? I'd really like to use the original FSE and avoid any modifications."
Or perhaps it's best to avoid such solutions altogether.

Can you take a picture of the FSE?
I believe the T5 had the G4 system for a while, but later received the "current" system, which, to my knowledge, was associated with the 3C model.
I can tell you a lot about the new one (I have two of them, three bowls, and a TouchAdapter), but I don't know anything about the old one.

Okay, I can do that. It just has the bracket on the dashboard. I mean, it's the more recent version (probably from a bus that's about 2 years old). Surely, that thing has a control unit, right? I'll take a look.

Okay, here's the translation:
"Well, it's a photo I found online, and it shows the little guy who's sitting on our dashboard."
Since VWN apparently always seems to receive vehicles with a lot of old parts already installed, it's probably going to be the older model.
Then, I guess, it will just stay like that...
Thank you!

Hi, tell me more about it.
After I totaled my Passat last weekend, I got a 3 Series with the Business package and phone preparation.
Best regards,
