ESP Warning Light: Car Brakes in Turns?

Hello.
I'm new here and I have a big problem.
I have a Ford Galaxy WA6, model year 2008, with a 2.0-liter engine and 140 horsepower.
"Recently, the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) light has been illuminating in certain left-hand curves, and it's cutting off the throttle (acceleration). I can also hear a grinding noise, but I've checked everything and there's nothing visibly grinding."
What could be the reason for that?
Could it be because I have summer tires installed now?

The grinding noise will be caused by the brakes engaging when the light comes on.

The fact that it happened with the summer tires is quite suspicious. Please check the tires, as well as the rims, especially the front right one. I once had a deformed inner rim flange after a foreign object hit it on the highway. There was no noticeable imbalance while driving, but the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) still intervened during fast left turns.
