Hello everyone,
I drive a Skoda Octavia 1Z3 with a 1.9 TDI BLS engine, 77 kW, and 229,9xx kilometers. It's been chipped, and I've been experiencing a loss of power for quite some time now.

Autoscan does not report any engine control unit errors.
The AGR (Abgasrückführung) system was expanded and completely cleaned. It was completely clogged with oil. After the procedure, there was a slight improvement in acceleration at partial load.
"Since I recently had a crack in the vacuum hose of the BKV (boost control valve), it was replaced. During the replacement, I noticed that the charge pressure hose, which connects to the turbocharger, is completely oily. Unfortunately, I don't know where this oil is coming from."
I have attached the pictures of the oily hose in the attachment.
Where did the oil come from, and could the turbocharger have been damaged?
Best regards, Ben.
