"Today, my injector failed. The vehicle received the update at the beginning of August. Since I maintain the Yeti myself, I suspect that any claims for goodwill or warranty will be rejected."
Can anyone recommend a good source where I can find injectors at a reasonable price? I'm also interested in options for having them refurbished. Ideally, somewhere in the Hannover or Nienburg area would be great.
Best regards.
Klaus.

The manufacturer of your fuel injection system is Continental, which means Bosch is not a source for replacement parts. If inquiries with parts suppliers don't yield results, I'm afraid you'll have to purchase the parts directly from Skoda.
