Gear oil is not draining even though the drain screw is open?

A friendly hello to everyone,

Today, I encountered a completely bizarre problem at my workshop:


I want to change the gearbox oil in a Caddy (105 hp 1.9 TDI with 5-speed manual transmission, VIN: JCS) (mileage: 185,000):

Oil check screw -> some oil comes out -> screw tightened slightly, so that it doesn't drip further

Drain plug open -> approximately 0.5 liters come out.
Re-establish oil control -> Oil will continue to flow out until "target oil level"

If you can access the gearbox housing through the oil check, it is still full of oil, and this is despite the drain screw being open?

I have also tried blowing into the control opening with compressed air, but it hasn't worked.

Where could something be blocked in the gearbox inside the car?

bist du dir 100% sicher die richtige Ablassschraube aufgedreht zu haben?
Schau doch nochmal genau hin, eine Verstopfung kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Zur Not kannst du ja mal mit einem Draht o.ä. deine vermeintliche Verstopfung lösen

ja die richtige Schraube ist auf, ich mach das ja nicht zum ersten mal

Ausserdem liefen ja ca. 0,5 Liter Öl raus.

Mit Schweissdraht etc. habe ich auch schon gestochert, hat leider nichts gebracht.

Keine Ahnung wie's beim manuellen Getriebe ist. Beim DSG wird die "Kontrollöffnung" nicht mehr benutzt und die Ablassöffnung ist etwas spezieller.

In die Ablassöffnung ist ein weiteres Rohr eingeschraubt, welches den richtigen Füllstand vorgibt. Ablassschraube hat grob geschätzt M20 mit einem geschätzten 12er Innensechskant. Unter der Ablassschraube ist dann das Rohr, welches mit einem 6er oder 8er Innensechskant herausgeschraubt werden muss.

Klingt für mich so, als wäre es bei dir genauso. Also schau mal in die Ablassschraube rein. Siehst du eine schwarze Fläche mit einem sechseckigen Loch, so hast du den Übeltäter.
