2.0TDi won't start

hello everyone,

I have already used the search function, but unfortunately, I haven't found anything suitable.
It's about:

Yesterday, I got into my car in the morning and tried to start it, but unfortunately, it didn't work.
The engine briefly starts and then shuts off after 1-2 seconds. I think the immobilizer is activating because some kind of ECU is not sending a signal or there's a problem with the fuse or relay.
Combination instrument not working, but the onboard computer (screen in the middle) is functioning.
Climatronic display shows are not numbers but rather strange symbols.

I have already removed and charged the battery, and tried again, but unfortunately without success. I've also tested a second battery, and it's doing exactly the same.

Hi,

yes, it is clearly the immobilizer, which is causing the engine to shut down again, due to the error message in the engine control unit.

Interestingly, neither the {25} (immobilizer) nor the {17} (instrument cluster) are displaying any error messages. Please check the wiring from the engine control unit and the relevant fuses for any breaks.

According to the VIN, the car should be a Touran, but does it possibly have an old fuse box near the battery?

The car is actually well-maintained and hasn't deteriorated much.

Have checked the mass of the points on the battery. The fuse from the auxiliary heater was defective, but I have already replaced it.

The funny thing is that AI doesn't make mistakes, and neither does the keyless entry system.

I need to check the remaining fuses again tomorrow.

Have you got any tips on which relays I should also check? Could the power supply relay also be the cause?

All other issues the car has should not be the reason for the immobilizer to activate... or?

What if you try using the backup key? Is it the same?
If not a transponder. If the key's ignition switch is the first suspect.
And check the gateway's encoding.

I have already tried both keys. With both, the exact same thing happens. The coding at the gateway is from the rain sensor, but it has been in place for a few months.




UPDATE:

The 5A fuse in the E-Box Low, located below the steering wheel.
In the attached image, you can see what each one is responsible for.

I have already driven and turned the engine off and on several times. Everything seems to be okay so far.
