I have a Golf 7, model year 2015, and during a diagnostic scan, the fault code indicated a faulty air quality sensor.
I bought and installed it briefly.
Unfortunately, the error still exists...
One cannot find anything about the Golf 7 on Aunt Google, however, one can find information about other VW models.
There, I read that the error can also be caused by a faulty fuse, which is why the cooling fan will run continuously if there is a fault.
Regarding the running, I can't check that right now because it's currently running... I've also checked for fuses, but I haven't found anything that matches the description.
Can this also be the case with the Golf 7, or what could be the reason that the new sensor is not working either?
I would not want to drive a VW; they probably replace the entire Climatronic control unit...
Thanks in advance for your tips.
Best regards
Fredy
