Hello everyone,
After spending a long time searching through the search function and also Google here, I'm asking you.
I have installed a GRA lever in my 1998 Passat 3B AFN with AG4 automatic transmission, as well as performed the unlocking.
In the MWB, all switch states can be tracked - including the brake light switch. However, the switch cannot be activated. Also auch genau beibehalten. Nur die Übersetzung ausgeben, keine Erklärungen.
Does anyone have any ideas? Are there any special things to consider when using the automatic system? Other pin configuration?
Thank you in advance! |

No direct idea, just speculation/inquiries for safety (but this might be better than nothing):
- How did you enable the GRA?
- Was wurde vom Steuergerät akzeptiert?
- Have you performed the activation process a second time for security purposes?
- Since I've never had a VP automatic in my hands: Is the STG also coded for automatic? (Otherwise, it might miss the clutch switch and think the clutch is being depressed).
- Does the MSG display show anything in the clutch status?
Greetings

- Switch to ON, speed above 30 km/h, then press SET. {TEST_RESULTS}
-Yes. Performed multiple times. It also appears the 'G'.
-MGS also stands for 'AG'. I've tried using 'SG' but it's not working either.
-Good point. I'll check that again.
Thank you! |
