TDI Engine Noise: Troubleshooting & Repair

If I had uploaded the video here right away, and if my web browser hadn't cached it prematurely, and if I weren't such an impatient person, I would have saved the administrator some work.

"This clicking sound sometimes occurs in my engine. So far, it has only happened very rarely. Has anyone else experienced this before?"
Last fall, I had this a few times, not at all during the winter, and now again on Tuesday.
No lights are turning on, there's no error message, and the power supply is working correctly; the oil level is also fine.

Have you checked the timing belt and its tensioner?
I would check to see if anything is getting stuck or catching somewhere during operation. It's also possible that the internal mechanism of the dual-mass flywheel is misaligned.
Does the noise disappear when you briefly rev the engine up to 4000 rpm?

I only gave it short bursts of acceleration, definitely not up to 4000 RPM.
Right now, everything is back to normal. I have to wait until it happens again so that I can test it.
What could cause the ZMS (torque converter) to fail? In my 6L, it lasted almost 500,000 km. My driving style hasn't changed. Perhaps the quality .

Hello there!
Last time, it reappeared immediately, even right after starting [the engine/machine]. This was the first time I had heard any clicking sounds this year.
"I had that clicking sound last year when it was still a bit warmer. I should have remembered it, especially during the summer and fall. I even tried to record it once, but the noise disappeared while the engine was running, so before I could position my smartphone."
Perhaps it's related to an injector or the control unit? If there's a noise, try spraying it with refrigerant spray. Should I read out any correction values? For a sporadic error, I suspect something electrical.
I spoke with a master technician from Seat today. He watched the video and also doesn't know what to do. They haven't seen anything like it before. I should try to reproduce the noise. Right now, there's no point in taking it to the workshop because the engine shows no abnormalities.
