Audi A4 B8: Reset Service Interval

Hello everyone,
I have performed the oil service and inspections and reset the maintenance indicator – using longlife oil.
The oil service function worked, but when resetting the inspection service (for regions outside of Europe), the time since the last inspection was not updated.
Therefore, the dashboard displayed: "Inspection due for 160 days" and when starting the engine, it showed: "Inspection due!".
Now I've changed channel 55, which displays "Time since inspection," from 895 days to 3, and now it matches the information on the instrument cluster.
-Question: Shouldn't this value be automatically set to 0?
Attached is the error-free Autoscan report along with the values for oil service and inspection.
But I still get the message "Inspection due!" when starting and turning off the car.
-Maybe a value is incorrect?
And when I ran the car scan, the message appeared: "Stability program fault - see owner's manual."
However, I couldn't find anything about malfunctions in the user manual. And I can turn the ASR (Anti-Slip Regulation) and ESP (Electronic Stability Program) on and off while driving, and it also displays that they are active.
-What can I do to get rid of this message: "Inspection due"?

Did you perform the reset using the assistant tool, which first reads the adaptation channels from the instrument cluster and then describes them accordingly, correct?

Hello.
I reinstalled VCWS yesterday and performed the service reset procedure again, but the "Service due!" message still appears when starting and stopping the engine.
I selected the option "Switch to flexible maintenance intervals (rest of the world/diesel engine)" in the "Service Reset" menu.
But as soon as I started it, the same error message appeared again, and it also shows up when I shut it down.
The automatic scan found no errors. However, during the automatic scan, a brief message appeared stating: "Stability program malfunction - see owner's manual."
I went to the ÖAMTC (Austrian Automobile Club) in Dornbirn today, and they used a Gutmann and a Bosch diagnostic tool to check the car, but they didn't find any errors.
- How can the service be stopped so that the error message no longer appears?
After starting the device, I changed the value of channel 02 from "service due" to "0 service". This was reflected in the log, but after restarting, the error message "service due!" reappeared, and the value of channel 02 reverted back to 1.
"Would it be possible or necessary to switch back to a fixed service interval without using long-life oil, and to individually adjust all the required parameters to 30,000 km, 730 days, and for long-life oil?"
And Rainer, what do you understand by "fundamentally" – with your link?
- Are you suggesting that I should first use the "Service Reset" option in the menu (is that the assistant?), and then correct certain channels?

I have the software installed on a tablet PC, and it doesn't have a "print" button.
I found on Google that pressing the "Windows key + volume down button" should save a Screenshot, but unfortunately, I didn't see any reaction, and I couldn't find any files related to it (from today's date).
Attached is a picture of the keyboard.
- Is there perhaps another keyboard shortcut that works?

Perhaps you could take a picture of the screen with your phone instead of the keyboard? Just as a suggestion for another way to get a Screenshot...

- Could that be the reason why I'm still getting the "Service due" message?

Just have the person who gave you this information explain it to you directly.
As it stands written, it's nonsense; perhaps he meant something else, but no one here can know that.

Here are the options:

Verstehe das Problem nicht... Everything is there.

Switch to flexible maintenance intervals, for the rest of the world, diesel engine. Usually unnecessary, just because you clicked something somewhere before.
Reset flexible oil change service for long-life intervals, applicable to vehicles outside of specific regions and with diesel engines.
Reset additional tasks.
4. Reset inspection service, rest of the world.
5. Exit the control unit with the "back" button.
6. Ignition off for 5 seconds.
7. Ignition on.
8. Report here.

As someone who has driven an A4 B8 with varying degrees of success (see my signature), I'd like to offer my input.
The "Oil change due" message is cleared by setting two adaptation channels (APKs) to "0", namely "kilometers since..." and "time since...", and then resetting the APK for the service message.
Similarly, for "Inspection due," there are two other APK fields: "kilometers since..." and "time since...".
For now, I'm leaving out the details regarding tasks that are time- or mileage-based (such as brake fluid changes and timing belt replacements).

Perhaps regarding the Screenshot I posted earlier about "resetting maintenance intervals," I'd like to know, before using it, which adjustment channels each function accesses.
Otherwise, I prefer to reset things manually by installing individual APK files.
Incidentally, when resetting the inspection service, Audi/VW proceeds in two ways (at least that's how SSP 438 describes it). The mileage until the next inspection service is always set to the full 30,000 km interval (i.e., it is reset and the base value is changed). Example: Inspection at 58,000 km - a reset is performed with a new mileage of 32,000 km.
The runtime is set to the next event to be performed (or left as is), or a maximum of 730 days. Example: Inspection in July 2020. Brake fluid due in January 2021. Therefore, the time until the next inspection should only be 182 days.
