Can TPMS sensors be programmed with VCDS?

Hello everyone,

I've already searched the forum for relevant terms, but I haven't found anything.
I have a new used vehicle with tires that have TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). It's the first time I've had something this modern!

I guess these sensors need to be paired, especially when you buy the wheels online, like I'm planning to do. Question: Can I do that with VCDS?

It's important that the sensors are compatible with the vehicle, as there are different frequencies and protocols.

Autoscan?


Warning: Taking an old wheel as a spare tire and installing it in the original wheel position may lead to confusion with the new wheel.
