Extended Measurement "Fuel Consumption" is too high.

Hello everyone,

I drive a Golf VII 1.6 TDI, manufactured in 2015, with 81 kW (CXXB).
On the way back from vacation, my car displayed a warning light on the dashboard. The car did not show any loss of power, but I had read out the error codes while driving. There was a NOx error in the memory: 23716 - NOx sensor, Bank 1. The error could be easily cleared. The only noticeable thing was the fuel consumption, according to the error log. Today, I read it out again for verification. No memory errors, but the extended "Fuel Consumption" value shows a phantom value of up to over 600L/h.
The on-board computer shows a normal fuel consumption (0.7L/h at idle) and the actual fuel consumption is also within the normal range. I will attach a scan of the car, a log file from today, and the error log from my vacation trip. I am concerned that an incorrect value could have an impact on the regeneration of the DPF. Does anyone have any ideas about which error could cause this incorrect fuel consumption value? Thank you in advance for your help. VG Joest

wenn die tatsächlichen Verbrauchswerte normal sind und die Motorsteuergerätesoft aktuell und original ist, wird es wohl ein Bug in den Faktoren für die Diagnosewerte sein.

Kommt ab und zu vor. Würde das nicht überbewerten.

Bezüglich NOx wären eher die Dinge zu prüfen, die Einfluß auf die entstehenden NOx haben bzw. der NOx Sensor selbst.

Probleme mit der AGR können hohe NOx verursachen. KAT kann ein Problem haben. Bei Adblue, mangelhaftes mit zu wenig Harnstoff usw.

Hallo Rainer,

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich werde das erstmal beobachten. Momentan wirft er ja keinen Fehler aus (außer den merkwürdigen Verbrauchswert). Adblue hat er ja noch nicht. Also nur einen NOx-Speicherkat mit Partikelfilter. Soll angeblich auch so für Euro 6 reichen. Wenn der Fehler wiederkommt, werde ich mir mal die Lamdasonden vor und nach Kat ansehen. Die Meßwerte sind aber alle plausibel. Mich hat hauptsächlich der Verbrauchswert verunsichert, da ich nicht weiß, aus welchen Parametern der gebildet wird.
