CXXB Injectors: Loud Backfire & Rough Running

The car (Golf 7, manufactured in 2016, 1.6 TDI 110 hp) had a problem with the diesel fuel pump.
A refurbished diesel pump was installed, along with injectors from the same supplier. The fuel rail was replaced, and the fuel lines and tank were flushed.
Now the problem is that the car is making a very loud knocking noise (which is getting worse) and it's also running roughly at idle again.
The injectors from that supplier don't seem to have been the best choice.
I'm now going to use VCDS to find out which injector(s) are responsible for the problem.
However, there is no deviation in the fuel injection quantity among the extended measurement values, only a deviation in the injection duration, which I find less useful.
The Delphi Tester isn't helping me either. Does the CXXB not have a quantity discrepancy?
