DPF Failure: A4 2.0 TDI CNHC Engine

"In my A4 B8 2.0 TDI with DPF, the following diagnostic trouble code (DTC) has been registered in the engine control unit for a few weeks: "Particulate Filter Bank 1 Malfunction." I have already cleared the error code, but it reappears. The check engine light comes on repeatedly as a result. The regeneration process seems to be working because the time elapsed and the distance traveled since the last regeneration are not that long. The soot mass is also not excessively high and decreases during longer highway driving. So far, I suspect the differential pressure sensor may need to be replaced."

I would appreciate any feedback on errors.
