Hi,

Today, I had another diagnostic session to try and identify the cause of the intermittent, wave-like acceleration issue.

And I was overjoyed as the yellow engine warning light came on during the boat trip, and I thought, "Now I've finally caught you."
But that's nonsense:
When I read the error codes, I discovered that the error log had recorded the error three days ago.

000257 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70)
P0101 - 000 - Implausible signal.
Environmental conditions:
Error status: 01100000
Error priority: 2
Error frequency: 1
Lost Counter: 255
Mileage: 214,500 km
Time: 0
Date: 2024.04.11
Time: 18:35:51

Since I couldn't find a similar question in the forum, I'm posting it here. Error codes and error messages don't necessarily have to appear at the same time, do they?
I hope the CSV log files will provide me with more helpful information.

Meanwhile, I know that the message in the cockpit doesn't appear late, but it flashes because the error recurs.

Therefore, I am now more eager to analyze the logs. icon_wink.gif

Hello Ronald,

Normally, the error message and the warning symbol on the dashboard appear at the same time. However, I've experienced a situation where the warning symbol remained illuminated even after the error had cleared (it was a message related to the bulb monitoring system). It was quite frustrating because the issue occurred sporadically and it wasn't immediately clear what the problem was (the lamp had a loose connection).

There's no rule without an exception. X

Best regards, Rainer.
