Front Motor Bearing, Excessive Play

Hello,

My T6 has noticeable play in the drivetrain when the load changes.

After initially suspecting that the problem was due to the connectors between the gearbox and the drive shafts, I can largely rule this out.
At least the left drive shaft / spline is completely okay, or the spline has been replaced on the T6 due to a leaking shaft seal on the drive shaft flange.

See images. The front motor mount is nearing failure, a whole finger can fit into the space at the top of the image.
Although my T6 doesn't carry as much weight and I also drive more gently. It is likely that the frequent load changes during winding rides are also not particularly beneficial for the lifespan of the engine bearings.

Can anyone recommend a reasonable replacement part from a parts dealer?

Is there experience with the rear engine mount, it's more difficult to see how it looks without a lift.

Finde zwei verschiedene Motorlager, leider ohne weitere Beschreibung der Unterschiede.

Man sieht aber an den Bildern, daß der Unterschied wohl Spiel und Dämpfung ist, wobei vom Bild her schwierig zu sagen ist, welches sich besser fährt und weniger Lastschlag auftritt.

Ich versuche mal heraus zu finden ob es bezüglich der Leistung vom Motor hier Unterschiede gibt.

7H0 199 848D für 6-Gang SG und 7-Gang DSG
7H0 199 848G für 5-Gang SG

Mir dünkt, der T6 Transporter hat vorne ein Gummilager, die "besseren" Modelle ein Hydrolager anderer Bauart, kann das jemand bestätigen?

Ok, das Richtige für den T6 110kW TDI ist "VW 7H0 199 848 D".

Feedback zum Motorlager: Das Spiel im Antriebsstrang ist geringer aber immer noch vorhanden.

Da die linke Antriebswelle an der Steckwelle im Getriebe aufgrund Undichtigkeit schon ab war und letztere neu kam, vermute ich das Problem bei der rechten Steckwelle/Antriebswelle.

...außerdem war am T6 das hintere Motorlager mit übermäßigem Spiel. Es wurde getauscht, der Schaden ist nur im ausgebauten Zustand sichtbar gewesen.

Das Spiel bei Lastwechsel ist nun spürbar geringer.
