Hello!

When searching for leaks in A4 (possibly also some A6) models, pay attention to the lines leading to and from the compressor. Due to the very unfavorable routing, it can happen that when the bottom of the vehicle makes contact with the ground in the area of the front axle, the refrigerant lines are pressed against the body and, in the process (or through later rubbing at the spot), become damaged to the point of leaking. This has been found multiple times in the past few weeks during leak searches.

Best regards,
Manicmechanic.
