Valve Cover Gasket Leak: Easy Fix?

I have another problem, besides the stuttering issue, which is probably a smaller one. (Or should there be a connection between the two?)
I've had the valve cover gasket replaced three times, of course at the workshop, and the last time it was done free of charge, but the oil keeps leaking out.
Last time it was on the lid, this time it's on 2 out of the 3 screws.
The part is a non-original VW replacement, so it's not an original VW part, but it should still seal properly.
I suspect that there's too much pressure inside the valve housing.
Could that be possible?
And if so, what can be done about it, and where does the high pressure come from?
I'm just hoping that the oil pan doesn't suddenly fall off, like it did for a friend of mine once.

The pressure can be measured. If it's too high, either your engine is completely worn out, or the crankcase ventilation is blocked.

So far, I haven't had the pressure checked, nor have I inspected the valve seals.
I'll definitely get that done during my next oil change.
I guess it's the crankcase ventilation system...
Wasn't it the case that the gases were fed into the combustion chamber?
Because of environmental concerns, and things like that?

Yes, it draws in fresh air.

That also sounds like the round rubber seals on the screws of the valve cover (three pieces) . Mine were also defective, so I removed them (maybe they are even missing on yours?). Replace the studs and nuts at the same time, because they tend to loosen, which then affects the torque: The specification is 10 Nm, but I tighten them to 12-14 Nm, and I also retighten them after 500 km, because things tend to settle a bit.

Hello, diesel engines actually don't need valve stem seals because they operate with an excess of air. There are even diesel engines that don't have them, although this is not the case with VW/Audi.
If you have excessive oil consumption or high pressure in the crankcase, the piston rings are likely worn. High pressure in the crankcase can also be caused by a blocked crankcase ventilation system.

Last fall, I removed the catalytic converter from my wife's Passat.
'So, as you said, the diesel engine doesn't have valve stems...'
The oil carbon crust on the exhaust valves was preventing proper sealing.
but powerful, and the seals are quite hardened.

So, I never needed to top up the oil between oil changes.

and before the last seal replacement, it also happened with the rubber seals under the screws.

but also along the edge of the lid, where it's now thicker. out.

So, the sealant has only been in for less than a month, how can it possibly be failing so quickly?

I'll have the valve stem seals checked during my next oil change.

Tomorrow, I'm going to the workshop to have the enclosure vent checked.

Then I'll see what happens next.

Perhaps the valve cover is bent or damaged . Just try opening the oil filler cap while the engine is running and compare the air escaping with a similar engine.

There's that black, round vent valve on top of the valve cover.
Try to remove it and check if it closes properly or if there's a clear passage to the outside. You can figure this out using bubbles and suction (you probably know how to do that ).
If the part doesn't have a passage, it forces air out of the crankcase under load, which then escapes through the valve cover gasket or the screws, and oil comes out with it.
