No power on cold start

Hello!

'I'm experiencing a problem with my Smart CDi. Recently, the engine power during cold starts has been extremely poor; I can barely get it moving on a flat surface. The automatic clutch isn't fully engaging either. When going slightly uphill, I even have to stop and restart. During these issues, the clutch smells, and the engine is making a very strange, loud noise.' After about one to two minutes of 'running,' it starts working as usual.

I bought the Smart used, and according to the previous owner, a chip tuning was performed directly at a Smart Center.

I have never been to a hearing before because I cannot afford it. Perhaps someone can give me some advice?

I've been struggling with a similar problem for exactly 3 days. While I drive a Fiat Stilo, a common rail is a common rail.

Just for error selection purposes.
Try disconnecting the AGR valve.
