Which PD Turbo fits the AFN?

I am looking for a VNT17 for my AFN machine, but I don't know exactly which vehicles it was fitted to. Does every 130 or 150hp TDI have a VNT17, or are there significant differences? I actually saw some that were fixed directly to the manifold (I think they were from a 130hp PD Passat).

Can I also use the larger turbo temporarily with the original ECU?

Die komplett Turbos mit Krümmer passen nur beim Quereingebauten Motor!
