Program the speedometer!

Hi everyone!

I recently installed a new speed odometer (with MFA), but I would like to reset the odometer reading.

I have read about vdo.exe and mm.exe (also here in the forum) and have also gained some experience with them.

My speedometer has this connector with 4 pins at the back... I need to build a connector for it. Does anyone happen to have the dimensions of this connector? Specifically, how far apart are the pins and how far are they from the edge? So that I can immediately build a perfectly suitable plug.

My speedometer is a VDO and it's from around 1992.

Does the VDO.exe software work, or not?

How to properly use the software? 'Somehow, the program needs to be started with parameters? Hmm... start with a DOS startup disk and then start the program, or directly in Windows?'
